Their expertise covers a range of general maintenance tasks, including A/C repairs, water heater replacements, touch-up painting, light bulb replacements, leak repairs, and more
At each check-in, we supply and replenish all guest amenities, including towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, water, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, and more, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for your guests.
Our fully trained and licensed Cleaning Team offers both General Cleanings and Deep Cleanings for properties. Additionally, they are available to provide additional cleaning services for guests upon request.
Cleaning expenses are factored into the pricing and covered by the guest stay and only incurred by the owner if they personally stay at the property. Maintenance, on the other hand, is a standard part of property upkeep and is the owner’s responsibility. The exception arises if damage is caused by guests the associated maintenance costs will be addressed accordingly.

It is mandatory to provide basic cleaning tools such as a vacuum and a mop at the property during on-boarding. However, cleaning supplies are provided on an ongoing basis by the Check Me In cleaning team.
We aim to solve all maintenance issues within a few hours, with a team in the main Dubai areas at all times who are available for call-outs. Any major issues can take a bit longer while we wait for parts, though we aim to fix everything within 24 hours.
Generally no. This is due to the fact that it becomes very difficult to organize third party maintenance on an urgent basis for guests. Delays cause unhappy guests and refunds, and having our own teams ensures we can control the timings.
